  Not very cordial if you are a person of color I have been shopping here for many years and I Realized it is the culture of this store. The staff always has a different attitude after I Say I am paying debit or with cash then the smile comes. This store just always has the nicest flats... Nice store Not so nice staff towards people of color..

  I called the dress department today to put a dress on hold that another L&T store had located for me at the Bala Cynwyd location. The woman I spoke to found the dress on her computer but the picture wouldn’t load. She said she couldn’t help me because she had no idea what it looked like. I gave her a detailed description and she took my phone number promising to call back within 20 minutes, which she never did. Her attitude and not following through were very disappointing compared to the professional and personal service I received from the sales associate at the King of Prussia Mall.
